West Point Selected the Top Public College in the USA by US News and World Report |

WEST POINT, N.Y. -- A report released today by US News and World Report, ranked West Point, The U.S. Military Academy, as the best public college in the country. In the Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs category, West Point was ranked No. 3 overall, and the Civil Engineering Program ranked No. 2. Out of 225 liberal arts colleges that U.S. News categorized as awarding more than half of their degrees in the arts and sciences, West Point was listed as No. 14-Best Liberal Arts College overall, when combining both private and public colleges. Recently, Forbes ranked West Point No. 3 overall in the Best College category and No. 1 Best Value. While the Princeton Review ranked us No. 1 Best Classroom Experience, No. 3 Best Athletic Facilities, and No. 3 Best Health Services
